Tricia Westall joined our Conveyancing Team as our Conveyancing Manager in 2020. Tricia brings to our team her extensive experience from acting in a senior capacity on all aspects of conveyancing matters including Commercial Property transactions, acting for Property Developers on their Development Contracts for off the plan sales, general conveyancing for Residential Property Sales and Purchases and Options to Purchase.
Tricia has successfully and efficiently worked in the Northern Beaches area, Sydney and regional areas for many years and has maintained longstanding relationships with clients, real estate agents, local solicitors, banks and mortgage brokers. Tricia is happy to assist with all property enquiries including pre sale and purchase negotiations.
